We are seeking a motivated and dependable Trades Assistant to
join our Pool Building Division. As a Trades Assistant, you will play a vital
role in assisting our construction teams with various tasks related to pool and
outdoor space installations. Your hard work and dedication will contribute to
the successful completion of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.
Roles and Responsibilities

Site Preparation: Assist in preparing
construction sites for pool installations, including clearing debris, digging,
and leveling the ground as needed.

Material Handling: Help transport and distribute
construction materials, tools, and equipment to different work areas on the
site.
·
Construction Support: Provide support to skilled
tradespeople and technicians by performing tasks such as mixing concrete,
moving heavy materials, and holding tools.
·
Excavation and Grading: Assist in excavation and
grading activities, ensuring accurate measurements and proper alignment
according to project specifications.

Clean-Up: Maintain a clean and organized work
area by clearing debris, disposing of waste materials, and keeping tools and
equipment organized.

Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines
and protocols to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your
colleagues.

Equipment Maintenance: Assist in cleaning,
maintaining, and organizing construction tools and equipment to ensure they are
in good working condition.

Communication: Maintain effective communication
with the construction team, reporting progress, concerns, and any issues that
may arise.
Requirements:

Physical Fitness: Capable of performing
physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, working in
various weather conditions, and standing for extended periods.

Team Player: A cooperative attitude and
willingness to work collaboratively with the construction team to achieve
project goals.

Basic Construction Knowledge: Familiarity with
construction tools and equipment is an asset, but on-the-job training will be
provided.
