Our Service Guarantees

At The Outdoor Hub, we understand that you need your service providers to do what they say they will, without having to be chased up. That's why we've implemented a range of benchmarks, reporting tools and guarantees designed to give you the confidence and peace of mind that you need from your pool management specialist.

Attendance guaranteed within 5 business days of workorder

For normal priority real estate jobs, we guarantee 5 days turnaround on workorders. These KPIs are reported back to you through our reporting mechanisms (more information on that here). 

Priority issues are set at 2 business day benchmark, however normally get resolved within 8 business hours of a workorder being received. 

Service report delivered within 1 business day of completion

Within 1 business day of the job being closed off, we will automatically send the Property Manager the worksheet outlining the tasks completed and any issues that may have arisen. If a  quote needs to be generated following the attendance, this will also be sent.

Free Annual Property Inspection and Report

Get peace of mind from our servicing. Every year during the winter months, each site gets inspected by a senior technician to ensure the quality of service and, where possible, provide early warning for upcoming capital expentidure. 

Free Pool School for New Tenants

As part of our annual service regime for properties, we'll provide new tenants a free 1 hour tutorial, covering the basics of what they need to do to fulfill their pool maintenance obligations under their lease with you.  

Hub Club Rewards for Agencies

Free one off pool services are provided to your property sales team. Use them to get a pool looking sparkling before an inspection, or give them to a new owner as a thank you gift - the choice is yours! More information.

Our Service Plans

Real Estate Managed Properties

All of our plans include the following services:

Option 1: Essentials Plan

Our most popular plan, the Essentials Plan is designed to make the whole process easy for everyone. One fee is sent to the property manager that combines the cost of the service fee and the base chemicals.

The chemicals charge of $20 is included as a separate line on the invoice, allowing the Property Manager to charge the chemicals to the tenant through the rental statement if they wish.

Option 2: Split Invoicing Plan

Each month we issue an invoice to the Property Manager for the service fee. The tenant signs up to a separate monthly subscription plan with us that aligns to their lease term.

Each month, we charge the tenant the subscription fee that covers up to $56 worth of chemicials. If additional chemicals are required, the tenant is charged in addition to his (unless otherwise pre agreed with the property manager).

Property Managers

We get that, as property managers, you don't have time to chase your contractors. That's why we've set up our systems so that you don't have to chase us for information.

  • Service reports sent by email within 1 day of job completion (guaranteed)
  • Online portal - available 24/7, property managers have an unprecedented level of transperency and real time information, including:
    • past and active quotes
    • outstanding workorders
    • past and outstanding invoices 
    • full service history for each property
  • Direct access to our local team, including:
    • a dedicated, local, point of contact for your day to day administrative queries
    • an experienced account manager to handle escalation issues and to provide confidence that we are meeting our commitments to you.

Tenants

Our aim is to reduce the property manager's workload in the day to day management of the site's pool maintenance. Your local Hub is the tenant's first point of contact for day to day queries and issue resolution, and we communicate with tenants on upcoming visits via email and SMS.

At the end of our visit, we leave door hangers and email / SMS messages letting them know we've attended and to pass on any important information they need to know about their pool.
