Priority Service for Commercial Properties (Service add-on)
The priority service for commercial properties is designed to ensure the pool is healthy and clean for high volume use, such as body corporates and high foot traffic water features.
This service includes guaranteed next working day attendance for pool equipment issues and emergency call outs, and an additional monthly chemical allowance of up to $30 on top of the base plan.
Please note a 2 month waiting period applies before the next working day Priority Support is redeemable. Free loan equipment is available for up to 2 weeks while new part are ordered and installed.
